Altera Solutions Insurance Agency (2025) Ltd. ("we") respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This policy explains what information is collected on the site, how it is used and how it is kept, in line with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, including Amendment 13.

What we collect

• Details you provide in the contact form: name, company, phone, email, line of insurance and your message.
• Details you provide when requesting an intro call: name, email, phone, topic and the requested time.
• Basic technical data collected automatically by our hosting servers for security and operation (such as IP address and browser type).

You are not required to provide information, but without a name and email we cannot get back to you.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and review your insurance needs.
• To schedule an intro call and send you an invitation.
• To obtain quotes from insurers, if you ask us to and with your consent.

We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing emails without consent.

Sharing

Information is stored with service providers that help us run the site, such as Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and Google (calendar and Google Meet). Information needed to obtain an insurance quote is passed to insurers only with your consent. Some information may be stored on servers outside Israel.

Retention and security

We take reasonable measures to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
